I recently purchased stirrup leathers for a new dressage saddle and they have bright white stitching, I didn’t realize when I purchased. Is this acceptable or a total faux pas?
Stitching probably won’t be white for long. 
Just clean them a few times.
Short answer: It doesn’t matter.
When you think about it, now much stitching is going to be visible anyhow? A little bit where the stirrup wraps in front of your leg, and maybe the extra behind your leg.
