Can Not Reply to thread

How do I contact a moderator? I’m trying to respond to a thread to help identify NSH. Note says I can’t post a reply- HELP

Marla 100, The Mods may have gotten in touch with you privately, but, just in case they haven’t the threads on the Missing Horses forum are set up so that you can’t reply to them. If you have information for the poster, click on their name and then on the drop down that says send a PM. That will let you send a private message to that individual. You can give them your information that way.
