I know that NSAIDs can induce gastric ulcers in horses. How about Robaxin/Methocarbamol?
One of the potential side effects in humans is black tarry stools (bleeding somewhere in the upper GI tract) so I would bet the answer to your question is yes.

I did see that stomach upset and nausea were listed side effects for humans, so I was curious if there is any documented side effects of it causing ulcers in horses.
