Can you use Shoe Secure for a dressage test?

his is Shoe Secure: http://www.shoesecure.com/TheSolution.aspx . It is a hard plastic cup to help keep horses from pulling shoes. I guess for all intents and purposes, it is a bell boot. Can you ride your test in these?

I think you missed this part on the bottom of the page: not to be used when horse is being ridden.

This is a PDF from the company. The owner is an eventer and rides in them (in the UK) and many client pics are people jumping in them.

Are these legal to ride in?

Boots are not allowed, and any kind of wrap that extends up past the hairline is also not allowed. See DR121.7
