can't download my PMs

I try to download them as text, and today when I tried, the actual file wouldn’t transfer to my computer. All I’m getting is a file called private.php.html. I’ve gotten it six times, with two separate pages of my pms.

What am I doing wrong? I have Firefox and Down The All download manager. I mark the messages to download, change the bottom box to download as TEXT and click. The “where to save box” shows the correct file name, but after I select the location for Down Them All to use and click on “save” only the private.php. html file downloads.

I tried downloading the PMS in Internet Explorer, and it worked. It seems to be a Firefox glitch. I hate IE with a passion, and it was only in the interests of research that it was opened and used.
