Can't get to the Forums - getting "The page isn't redirecting properly" from Firefox

Weird. All of a sudden (started yesterday evening sometime), my browser (Firefox 25.0.1 on Mac OSX 10.8.5) gives me “The page isn’t redirecting properly/Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.” when I try to connect to www.chronofhorse.com/forum.

The error page that I get is http://www.chronofhorse.com//scaffolding_rebuild?redirect=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.chronofhorse.com%2Fforum%2F

I can get to www.chronofhorse.com just fine, and other pages (the blogs, clinic reports, etc) seem to work; it’s just the forum link that’s bad.

When I run Safari on the same machine, OTOH (as I’m doing now), things are fine.

Did something change?

Yes, also having problems with Firefox and COTH the past several days. In either accessing the site or reading individual threads, loading takes forever and happens only after Firefox informs me that it isn’t responding. Only happens here. Thank you for any looking-into!

(editing to add that, as with OP, this only happens in the forums rather than chronofhorse.com )
