I am logged in as gonsouth and when I try to get into the magazine on line, it says log in error. I have tried to correct this by e- mail, without success. My e mail address is Lanni 123@bellsouth.net (formerly brancatr@bellsouth.net)
Have you logged into the magazine site previously? There are separate registration processes for the main COTH site and the BB site. If you’ve already been on the main site previously, your user names could be different.

I have logged in with that user mane and password and they have worked before. I’m not that computer savvy to know what to do in all situations. This one has me stumped!
What is the username you’re using for the main magazine log in that isn’t working? When was the last time (approximately) you were able to log in without a problem?
can’t log in
My user name is gonsouth and I had trouble with it once before. My password was verified the last time I had trouble, then it worked for a while… I can’t remember when it stopped working–maybe a month ago. Now I have e-mailed the chronicle twice, with no response. I just tried to log in again and it said log in error–I don’t know what else to do!
Thanks for the info. The user databases are separate for the BB and the main website, so I can’t personally check into it for you, but I’ll ask around and get back to you. Hang in there! :winkgrin:
For gonsouth and anyone else who may experience a problem logging into the Chronicle’s main website (not the BB), contact Sara Lieser at slieser@chronofhorse.com or call the Chronicle’s office at 540-687-6341 and ask for her.
If you’re not the most computer saavy, it’s probably easier and quicker to give her a call to figure out any problems so you don’t have to send a bunch of emails back and forth.

Thanks, moderator–I contacted Sara and problem is solved. It seemed that when I renewed my subscription, my log-in information was not carried over.
