Can't PM anyone :(

I’ve searched and read thru the FAQ sticky thread but haven’t seen an answer. Every time I try to PM someone, I get:

You have reached your stored private message quota of 200 topics. You have 335 topics saved combined in your private message folders. Please delete some of your existing topics.

I have no PM’s anywhere… not in the In Box, Sent Box, Trash Box.

We can’t access or read Pos, but I can see your PM statistics and this is what it’s coming back as:

Have you actually clicked on those folders to open them? They only show bolded numbers for the unread messages they contain, so they may be filled up with read messages.

I can delete all your PMs for you if there’s nothing there you want to save.
