can somebody please advise where I can change my email address in my settings? I use an iPad and do not see this option anywhere?
IIRC, you can’t do this from the mobile platform. Log onto a computer and it’ll be at the very top–click on your real name at the very upper left (all the way up, above the COTH banner), and you can change your email from there.
