I have tried unsubscribing from both single threads and all threads, and I’m still getting emails. I have never had this problem in the past, I frequently unsubscribe to threads I have posted on. This is on my desktop, and sometimes I get an error message although I can’t remember what it said, something about being invalid. Its not a big deal but it does mean I spend a lot of time deleting emails. Thanks.
I’m sure you know how to go about it, since you’ve done it before, but just to check in – have you tried un-subscribing from the thread tools drop-down menu and/or via the Settings control panel? Same error message via both methods?
If you could let me know what the error message is, that may be helpful.
Anyone else having this problem? When did it start for you BAC?

It started yesterday, but that is the first time I have tried to unsubscribe in quite some time.
I unsubscribe via the link that comes with your emails, one is for unsubscribing to the thread, and there is another link that allows you to unsubscribe to all threads, neither works. I tried from my phone and my desktop at the office, I will try from my iPad at home tonight.
I have unsubscribed frequently over the years with no problems using the link provided in the email but I will try it from the drop down menu now (from office desktop) and see if that works.
It works from my desktop, using the drop down menu for thread tools, and no error message. Now I just have to wait and see if I continue to get emails. Thanks for your help.
