Anyone else notice the white horse (Lipizzaner?) doing a capriole in the midst of the battle for Eregion in Episode Seven of Season Two?

Oooooh! I’ll keep an eye out for it. DH and I have only watched up through episode 3. We follow a podcast and like watching the episode and listening the podcast before moving on to the next episode. The podcast for episode 3 isn’t available yet, but I love the couple that hosts the podcast so it’s worth the wait.

Rings of Power with Mary and Blake! If you search apple podcasts for Mary and Blake, it should come up in the search. They have podcasts for other shows as well (House of the Dragon, The Crown, Outlander, Percy Jackson, The Last Kingdom, Bridgerton) and a Harry Potter series where they podcast for each chapter. I’ve really enjoyed listening to them.

yes!! DH was exclaimed “whoa that horse is bad-ass! flying double barrel kick!” LOL I explained what it was and he wants it to be brought into modern dressage tests.

Plus, I think I remember that the bugler in that same battle scene called the elves to war on a younger gray horse doing a levade.
That looks so freaking cool! Capriole is very cool on its own but to see in a mounted in combat is another level (and yeah, I know the rest is special effects but it still really cool).
