I’m toying with the idea of adding a female puppy to our family sometime this year. My Pembroke turned 12 this year and I think it’s time to get him a buddy.
Anyone have any recommendations for breeders?
I have a couple of friends that breed lovely Cardis. They have champions but also do agility, obedience, search and rescue,etc so the dogs have great temperaments and structure and health. One is in Indiana, another in KY. Or go to the national breed site for breeder referrals. This would be the Cardigan Welsc Corgi Club of America. Not the AKC puppy listings. Great breed.

OP, I’m a little farther north (MidAtlantic) and know several good breeders up here, if you’re willing to do a little bit of driving. There are a couple of breeders in NC - I don’t know them personally, but there is one that I’m not a fan of (PM me if you want that info).

If we weren’t at max capacity already, he might have been my new dog! (Doc and Oreo - also with CardiRescue - are absolutely adorable seniors that are tugging at my heartstrings as well, but neither would be a good fit for me.)
