Cats are the only domestic animal that develop an entirely vocal “language” to communicate with humans. Every domestic cat has their own “language” & different households of cats have completely different “dialects”; they use the vocalizations only to communicate with their people, not with each other, and feral cats do not develop these vocalizations.
