Looks like it will be an ODE this year with reduced number of entries. Unable to get tent to cover temporary stalls due to insufficient staffing/expertise to install. Stay tuned.
We have had a similar issue for Queeny Park Horse Trials in St. Louis. Last year we ran dressage and show jumping at the National Equestrian Center on Saturday which is about 20-25 minutes from the park. Riders hauled over on Sunday to run XC. We are doing the same thing this year. It worked really well.
It’s frustrating that Catalpa cannot get tent stalls. I’m glad the venue invested in lots of new permanent stalls in recent years. I really love the cross country course there!

Catalpa is such a great event! Sad that venues are having trouble with temp stabling.
