I want to buy an earset/bluetooth of my own for my lessons. My instructor has the Cee Coach system. Looking for opinions on bluetooth vs earpieces with the wire and where to buy same. Can I get something. like it at Walmart?
I bought the mono Ceecoach headset. My instructor has the system but it came with the headset that goes into both ears and I dont like not being able to hear the surrounding as well. The bluetooth one looked a bit big to go with a helmet but that’s just my thought. Big Dees has the mono set for $30 and free shipping over $70. I had ordered a cheap set on ebay but the sound quality was very poor.

At our barn we all just use our own ear buds and plug them into the receiver. I am finding that I don’t like having surrounding noise that muffled so will try using just one of them next time and tucking the loose one into my vest. I prefer the regular ear buds over the ear piece that came with the Cee Coach - it never really fit in my ear and always fell out in the trot!

I bought this one as well and while I like it okay. I do have issues with getting a fair amount of static. I’ve traced it to the short adapter piece that allows you to plug it into differing sized holes. I’ve had the static when using it with my iPhone to listen to audio books as well. If you can find the older original model those have worked the best for me.
