I finally bit the bullet and bought a cee coach after losing some hearing last year.
my questions: is there way to program it so that me and an instructor can talk back and for to each other ?
and if so, what are the best ear pieces for that ?
what do you all use for a water proof case for the cee coach?

Yes. You can set the rider to mute, or you can set it as a two-way radio. It’s just a matter of which buttons to press - check the manual. The earpieces that come with it have microphones in the cords and work fine. I prefer to ride with a wireless headset, so I bought a Jabra for my end, and my coach uses the standard wired one that ships with it.
