The single Cheltenham, which is performed to the tune of Petula Clark’s l964 hit Downtown is released to raise money for Bob Champion Cancer Trust, Racing Welfare, Riding for the Disabled and the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Ireland.
Famous names in racing got together to sing the chorus, while the actual words are sung by Laura Critchley.
A bit of fun, they say, to raise the profile of the Cheltenham Festival.
