Has anyone done the CO replacement program for when you have a fall in your helmet?
I filled out the form online over a week ago and never received any email or communication/ follow up for the replacement program.
If you have done the replacement program, how does it work? Should I have received a response from CO?
I sent one into OneK and never heard anything from them, but I got my new helmet in the mail today! (About 7-10 days later)
