Anyone know who did CT win photos from 2008-2011 range? 
I know a guy named Doyle Garvin worked as photographer for CT for many years, but not sure of the dates. However he still lives in the area, so maybe try FB and connect? He lives in Martinsburg, WV. Sorry…don’t have an email addie.

I was told by the current photographers (since 2013) that it was Michael Montgomery before them. But I have not been able to locate him yet. IF you do , could you let me know, please? I am looking for a pic from 1997. Thanks
