I’m looking for someone who can do custom freestyle music and choreography for first level but not too expensive. The only people I could find charge 900+
If you’re willing to forego custom music, try Musikur freestyles. They’re $200 tops and have stock choreography plans.

I agree with this. And part of her fee structure can include tweaking the tempos in her pre-made pieces, to match the music selection for each gait to your own horse. You send a vid of the walk-trot-canter and she speeds it up or slows it down marginally, as needed.
For even less $, you can order music from Marvins Music out of The Netherlands. They will also send you written-out choreography for your level. It’s incredibly basic. But if you’re able to change it here and there to suit your horse’s strong (or less strong) points, so much the better.

We just had Melanie MIchalak from SW Illnois in for a freestyle clinic just 2 weekends ago She is a professional musician and L program graduate. She was amazing and has a phenomenal eye for the music that fits the horse’ tempo and the overall picture of the horse and rider. She charges $500 for lower levels, and travel costs to visit for fine tuning. Definitely going to work with her.
