Junior Clique!

Hunt Country Living

We could have several for the 28 million! I am partial to Eudora myself but could bear to live in one of the others.

Grrrrr…Not fair, not fair…grumbling…Drooling only goes so far - not very satisfying imo!

Thats sick. Looking at the pool is making me drool. And the barn. Anyone here have 28.5 million I can borrow?

I ride, therefore I am.

Very, very nice, Farfel. Only one problem: It’s in Canada. Where you have CANADIAN WEATHER!

We of the California Clique do not DO Canadian weather!!

We are weather wimps, hear us whine.

Bulletin Board Goddess

Within a pleasant stroll to three tack shops, the Coach Stop and MOSBY’S!

It has those nice “dependencies”, too!

ugh, someone’s gotta buy it…might as well be us, right? I’ve become very good at maintaining the neighbor’s pool, and I am self-sufficient with watering flowers, so that’s two jobs we won’t have to pay for already…Now for the important stuff–I claim the poolhouse for me, myself, and I–y’all can fight over top bunks in the ‘big house.’

Wow, EverythingbutWings, they’re givingthat Hunt Country property away! I think Boxwood is really beautiful, but who can beat the indoor/outdoor pools of Eudora?

I would go for the Granite State of NH and “Castle in the Clouds” for just under $8 million. Too bad it’s reportedly already under agreement …

The included equestrian center is lovely and the 85 miles of trails should be sufficient for any rider!

for ONLY 28.5 Million!!!

The website posted below has lots of pictures of the house, barn, ring and other facilities.

It’s only about 15 minutes from where I live, so I am definitely going to drive up and take a look - that will be the closest I’ll come to owning it, that’s for sure…

Here’s the writeup about it which was in our paper today: (gotta love that ‘real estate speak’!!)

Lindy Farms Ranch is the perfect spot for the serious horse aficionado or the horse lover who wants to live in Silicon Valley and has a few bucks. The ranch began in 1992 as a hobby – a few horses to trail ride. It has since expanded to breed, train, show and sell horses. The tack room in the barn has an entire wall covered with ribbons and awards won by Lindy Farms horses.

The remodeled house, within five miles of shopping and schools, is comfortable and casual. You almost expect to see a sign saying, “Thank you for NOT removing your shoes.”

When you’re not using the riding arena, you could enjoy the calm of the half-acre pond, lounge beside the pool, or mount your favorite horse and ride over miles of groomed trails that include one ridge with a 180-degree view.

Whatever your vantage point, this estate impresses with its size and understated charm.

“Of course, that’s just my opinion. I could be wrong.” - Dennis Miller

Wow! Would they accept a check for it albeit a rubber one

This is my new favorite virtual place. my old favorite was the Firestone farm in AD about 6 months ago!

For a training facility

Convieniently located near Ben and Mary’s restaurant, too! I think we should purchase several properties and commute from one to the other

Oh, the choices! I am enamoured of Kennelworth’s “Dependencies”

I wish I could buy this!

re price of homes in California, that is about right. That place on the east cost would run about a million or possibly less. I worked for an appraiser so I know!

Anyway, check out this beauty in Virginia…
