Anyone have any experience with a chicken with gapeworm? Think one of ours has it but not really sure. She’s gasping when she breaths and isn’t eating much. Separated her from the rest but not sure what to do. No one else has any symptoms. What wormer do I use? These are my husbands chickens but since I’m the “animal girl” and household vet he’s basically leaving it up to me to figure this out. If its a respiratory infection how do I get antibiotics? Can my equine vet prescribe them or should I talk to our dog/cat vet? TIA!
