I am so sorry to hear that Gramps has passed away. I really feel for Gran, she will be lost for awhile. Together 50+ years, amazing. Here is hoping that Drunken Mom and Devil Spawn keep their distance.

Kooki, I read your first entry and bookmarked your blog. Can’t wait to keep up with all the goings on in your village. Here’s hoping that scattering Gramps on the beach will give Gran a measure of peace and that she will feel his presence when she strolls there in the future. I’m sure that Gramps was behind the sunshine for Gran. I hope she knows that there are many people she never met who are wishing her happier days ahead.
