I read that article the other day. I thought it was very interesting, especially since I had salmonella when I was pregnant with my daughter, and we both have autoimmune conditions. My mother did, too, so I’m sure there’s a genetic component, but I always wondered what the trigger was that made them active. I have fibroids, which cause some problems, so I saw all sorts of interesting parallels in that article.

Right. It could so very well be the salmonella that pushed you and your daughter over the edge.
