Hi, my name is Celeste and I am a graduate student at California State University, Chico in my third and final year of my Marriage and Family Therapy degree. I’m currently working on my master’s thesis which examines the quality of life in individuals with chronic illness.
This email is finding its way to you in the hopes that you, or someone you know, would be willing to take part in my anonymous survey, if it applies to you. The only requirement for taking this survey is that you identify as having a chronic illness—defined as a condition that lasts 1 year or more and requires ongoing medical attention, or limits activities of daily living, or both, according to the Center for Disease Control.
It should take about 15-20 minutes to complete, is entirely anonymous, and you can choose to be entered into a drawing for a Visa e-gift card!
