Well somebody has to pay for the 200K CMH Hunter Qualifiers, am I right?
Perhaps everyone on this forum who is a subscriber should consider contacting CMHTV and protesting the price increase? If enough complain, it might have an effect.
Ok so yes. I pay a price set up in Euros (€16.25/month)
It’s paid through my PayPal that then coverts the charge to me into USD $18.48 last month.
But overall yes my account pays in Euros. I am an American who lives in Pennsylvania. I think honestly 8 years ago when I started was well before they had USEF network and the USA wasn’t exactly where the bulk of their membership originated from.

Agreed. I’ve never had an issue with the service either.
I just looked at my account in the app and it says it renews this month on the 22nd for $179.99 which I think is what I paid last year. I haven’t gotten any emails about a price increase.
I don’t think there are alternatives, that’s the problem. I want to watch maybe one big jumper competition a month (I don’t have time to sit and watch more than that). No way I’m paying even $100/year to do that, but there’s no where else to watch so I just don’t get to watch. 🤷
If you can stand to be 4 to 24 hours behind, YouTube has almost everything streaming free. The Sauté Herme classes in France; WEF Grand Prix, Spruce Meadows, most FEI classes … more than I can keep up with!
I pay them the $20 a month or so for no adds, that’s my ‘cable’ subscription and I really enjoy it. Plus tons of educational videos like Amelia on Dressage, Paradigm Dressage for biomechanics lessons, just an incredible amount of material.
It’s a steep increase, for sure. I do watch it all the time so I’ll need to think hard about what it’s worth to me.
You must be getting in ahead of the increase! Very lucky!
I am the same. I do pay monthly so in the short term it won’t seem like I’m paying that much still, but looking at the year total is staggering. But I watch so much from the WEC Ocala circuit, all the medal finals, some of the big classes over seas, never mind going to look up past videos of horses that either come into our barn or that someone is trying. It really is a useful tool, it just seems like a huge jump in price
They actually had the Rolex Grand Prix on one of the ESPN stations the other night. It was actually on at primetime, not the usual 4am slot!
Agreed. It’s painful but I had figured it would eventually increase.
my increase notice said that “if you are currently benefitting from a discounted membership your discount will still apply”
I think I/we get a discount if a USEF member…but not sure what that discount is…
does anyone know?
I am now obsessively checking my emails to see if I’m getting a price increase. This seems too good to be true.
I went ahead and emailed them since my renewal date was in January.
This sounds like a cost uptick for next year, so it’s for 2026, not this year.
It depends on when your personal renewal date is.
Body of my received email included here:
Dear Emily,
for nearly 20 years, ClipMyHorse.TV has brought you exciting equestrian sports coverage, exclusive breeding events, and an extensive video library with top-quality training content, documentaries, and entertainment. In recent years, we’ve invested heavily to expand and improve this offering — including new broadcasts, technical upgrades, and additional content.
More live sports. More highlights. More for you!
In 2025, we will bring you more than 2,500 LIVE broadcasts from equestrian and breeding events around the world. From the FEI European Championships, the FEI Longines League of Nations, and CHIO Aachen to — for the first time — the Badminton Horse Trials, the world’s most prestigious eventing competition.
ClipMyHorse.TV is the best place to follow national and international equestrian sports.
This year will be particularly exciting, as we are making major improvements to our platform. Our goal is to offer a much more personalized viewing experience, helping each user discover the perfect content for their individual interests. We can’t wait to share all this with you!
To make all of this possible, we continue to invest in our programming, our technology, and our team. At the same time, we have not been immune to the rise in costs that have affected so many businesses over the past years. Nevertheless, we have kept our membership fees stable since early 2019. Therefore, we need to increase your ClipMyHorse.TV Premium Membership fee at the time of your next renewal.
Your Premium Membership – At a Glance
With your Premium Membership, you can enjoy all live broadcasts of equestrian and breeding events worldwide — plus full access to our library of over 100,000 hours of video content.
Your renewal date: 02/21/2026
Your new annual price: 239,99€ EUR
If you are currently benefiting from a discounted membership, your discount will still apply — it will simply be applied to the new price.
We understand that price changes are never ideal, and we appreciate your continued trust. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you accept the price adjustment and wish to continue using ClipMyHorse.TV as usual.
Because of this change, you have the option to cancel your membership within four weeks from the date this email was sent—quickly and easily. Of course, your standard contractual right to cancel remains unchanged: you can still cancel anytime up to one day before your renewal date. To do so, please use the “My Account / Membership” section on the ClipMyHorse.TV web platform.
Your membership supports our mission to bring equestrian sport to a growing global audience — and helps us continue delivering the very best content in the world of horses.
Thank you for being part of the ClipMyHorse.TV community!
Since my renewal is in February and this was sent on April 9th, I am not sure what month will be the actual start of the increase. I pay monthly so it'll be interesting to see when it hits.

If you are a subscribing or participating member of USEF you can watch the USEF channel content free on CMH, but none of the of the EU or FEI competitions.
This should settle two of the above questions—USEF discount and the fact that it will apply in 2025 at some point.
Just so we’re clear, I don’t apply my USEF discount. I don’t have my account linked for USEF Network. It’s worked better watching the USEF stuff without the tie in. LOL. When everyone else is having trouble (Kentucky, Devon, Etc) I have had no trouble so I pay a tiny bit more.

I majorly struggled with it (USEF/CMH duality) for a while but now everyone is playing nice with each other.
