Clippers.... your fav for body clipping?

I really liked my Andis Progress clippers. They died last week, and shop tells me its the engine and the switch, and Andis doesnt make them any more, they would order parts from Heininger. ( never heard of them but they now make a Progress clipper that looks just like my old one…).
So, what are your favorite clippers for body clipping? I only do it two or three times a year, not a cushings horse, and really dont want something huge and heavy.

Anyone have opinions on Heininger?

I have an Oster A-5 and hate it because it blows hair into my face. The Progress didnt do that and was bigger (even considering the bigger blades available for the A-5).

I love my Lister Stars. They cut through anything but aren’t heavy. I’ve clipped everything from my fine coated WB to a Cushing’s QH with them and it’s a breeze. They are a bit loud, but that’s my only complaint.

I’ve been eyeing the Heiniger x series cordless (Xplorer). I clipped last year with my Andis cordless with T85 blades but even with 2 batteries I can’t make it through the whole body, and one does not fully charge before the other dies. Thinking of using the Andis for the more detailed parts this year and getting a bigger pair. My horse does not have patience standing on the cross ties but is perfectly behaved loose in the stall, and we don’t have many outlets at the barn for wired clippers.
