Collegiate Opti-fit Gullet System

Ok so I just bought a new Collegiate Graduate saddle for my very hard to fit horse because I cannot afford a custom saddle for her. I love it, it’s comfy, and it fits great but it’s slightly too narrow in the gullet for her so I got the next widest gullet. But I CANNOT for the life of me figure out how to change it. There’s no screws underneath the gullet area or under the stirrup flap. I pulled up the Velcro gullet flap where you can look at the gullet bar and there’s no screws there either. Also no screws under the flaps up by the gullet or billets.

Anyone know where the screw is and how on earth I change the gullet???

There should be a Phillips head screw located underneath where the dee ring is attached. Start there.

Edited to add: Looks like the stock photos picture a saddle with a nail head rather than a screw under the dee ring where the screw should be located. You will have to contact a Collegiate dealer or the company for answers. Good luck!!
