Colored Breeches

For schooling, I like TS or Pikeur colored breeches. I have navy, brown, gray and green-black. I also have lots of beige pairs that are “retired” show breeches. I’m currently lusting after a pair of TS in a grayish blue…

I used to ride dressage frequently, and I still have several really cute pairs of full seat breeches in plaids. Black/white, navy/navy, and a really cute pair of beige with a subtle pink and gray plaid over it. I’ve gained some weight since then, but if I start riding dressage again, and can fit into them, I’d totally love to wear them again.

I think it’s fun to have fun with color. I’m not wild about bling or crazy colors, but it’s nice to do something other than beige sometimes.

This is why I loved the green beige breeches, plus they don’t show dirt as much, make you look slimmer, blend better into darker coats.

I only wear tan for shows; I usually wear black, gray or other less-likely-to-get-stained colors for schooling.

Tan for showing, even though I do low level jumpers. Lessons, I wear tan, black, browns, grays. Schooling at home is when I crack out the purple, red, multi-colored breeches and tights. Makes me happy.

My breeches are more on the conservative side (tans, navy and brown, navy w/ emerald (pipers), brown, etc. However, I just bought a pair of fleece lined in eggplant that I’m super excited about! Where do you guys get your colored breeches? I’m on the hunt but haven’t found many options…

For showing I wear tan (coming from hunter world)

For schooling I love colors. I have black, grey, and I have a pair of cranberry colored romfh breeches that I am in love with!

I’m also considering getting some turquoise and possibly a poppy colored pari of romfhs

WHERE OH WHERE DID YOU FIND MINT?!?!! I’m searching high and low!!!

I have every colored of Tailoreds and every color of Pipers… if I’m not riding in a clinic/show, I have colored breeches on. I even wear my colored breeches around shows because I somehow always get my tan ones messy by 9am!
