He really looks fantastic. What a transformation! I hope his breeder is able to visit and see him now.

Hunter has been to visit him a couple times since Asombro moved to the RRR farm.
He posted photos & updates on his socials if you wanted to follow him.

Ah, thank you. I forgot his name. Do you have a link?

His name is Asombro, that is a straight translation from Spanish to English as Surprise.
Wonder if someone asked the breeder why they called him that?
I may have missed it if they have already posted that information.

It was explained…
Let me see if I can find it again.

@Bluey, here is the post with the link to the breeders story.

To put a little point of distinction on this, “asombro” is really closer to “amazement” than surprise. I realize that amazement and surprise are close cousins, but just throwing that out there.

Lol, I described someone not so nice as incredible and got the oddest reaction.
Incredible can be bad…

He was a “surprise” foal. Mum had a flirty night out and dropped a baby in the field. Oopsie!

I had one of those. “Where did this baby bump come from???”

@Bluey let’s rely on the breeder’s own words:

Sorry, not taking usage lessons from you.

From another thread. I wasn’t going to comment on it when I saw it there, but …

Well, I could say the same thing about you for your post above re: the definition of amazement, but I don’t think you’d make it through the academy. So nope, just pointing out your lack of credibility when you attempt to school people in English language usage.
