I realize that this link refers to human use, but nothing I have seen in equine medicine, indicates that it would be something used except in specific cases for horses.

Yep it’s charcoal. I know this is something used on humans and dogs and I did trial it with my horse but didn’t see a difference.

The only non-prescription product that helped him was Equishure.
