comfort stirrups /safety stirrups

Went back to my old western saddle and the stirrups are hurting my feet. I had a wreck with wide endurance type stirrups my foot stuck to the rubber tread so need something else.
Any ideas, getting very sore from hard leather stirrups …

Perfect would be comfy safety stirrups .

Were they the older or newer tread endurance stirrups? (Easycare)
If they were the new “grippy tread” there are still other endurance stirrups that keep a flat tread so you won’t get stuck.

I myself and considering these

If you still have those endurance stirrups, simply wrap the foot area in black duct tape. No more grippy tread.

Try Crooked Stirrups. Yes, they are actually called Crooked Stirrups. I love mine.

will the crush and pin your foot tho if the horse falls on you? I have the nylon types because of that risk.
