Wow! That’s so cool! I remember being impressed by him in his KY Derby. Glad to see he’ll be going on to something equally awesome
Dutton has done really well with Icabad Crane who ran 3rd in the Belmont (?) He won the racehorse makeover and is competing at Training eventing. Whats sweet is that Dutton’s daughter 12 rides him and he’s a total packer! I think theres a COTH profile on Iccy
It is nice to see a TB retire from racing and go on to start another career. I hope he does well and prospers. Earning all that money and finishing 2nd in the Derby should entitle him to a nice retirement at some point if he does not succeed as an event horse.
Even if he doesn’t turn out to be a great event horse, in the meantime he will be receiving top of the line training for whatever opportunities may be available for him.
