Communicators, again

One last thing to try before I spend thousands on new fencing. sigh. Anyone know of someone who can really communicate with cats? Not looking to waste my money, and still I am absolutely willing to try almost anything at the moment. If you think I"m dumb or silly, no need to tell me lol.
