When I log in on my desktop it tells me I need to complete my profile by adding a screen name. When I click complete profile my screen name is already listed. It won’t allow me to post on the forum because it wants me to add a screename that is already there.
Is anyone else having this issue? It happened after I cleared the browsing history on my computer.

I’m sorry for the trouble! Let’s see if we can figure out what’s going on.
A few things to try/check:
On your desktop, do you have cookies disabled?
If not, could you try clearing cookies?
Have you tried clicking the “remember me” option when you log on?
If none of these things help, or if you need help with the above, please let us know what browser (and version) you’re using on your desktop to access the site.

Clearing cookies and clicking remember me did not help. I was always logged in on this computer until I cleared my history last week, I haven’t been able to get back on since. The browser is internet explorer 11. Thanks!
