My account seems to have been compromised. I didn’t log in for a few months. I went to log in last week and couldn’t get in because the password had been changed. I know that I never changed my password. I searched the history of my posts and discovered all that the posts from April 2010 were not posted by me. Additionally, my location was changed from Miami to Oshkosh, WI. The posts are horse related, not spam. I find this very strange. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m wondering if this Gem Twist account should simply be deleted.

So sorry we hadn’t gotten back to you in response to your PMs yet! We can take this back to PMs for specifics if you’d like. 
In general, someone would have had to guess your password to log in and change it, had access to your email account in order to request a new temporary password, or you left yourself logged into the site somewhere where someone could have then had access to your account.
Now that you’re back on, you can change your password to something different and unique, if you feel that the only option was that someone guessed your password.
You can delete posts made under your account by using the “edit” feature from the lower right corner of the post.
