Conformation critique

This guy is a 5yo, 17hh, Hanoverian/Thoroughbred cross. First picture is 1 and a half weeks back into work after months of sitting, second was taken 3 weeks after going into work, so if he looks a bit out of shape in them, that is why!

he is cute, but not quite set up in a way where any fair assessment of his conformation can be made.
