I am considering switching up my easy keeper’s feeding routine. I love ProElite and my OTTB seems to do amazingly well on the 50/50 blend of their Performance feed and Grass Advantage balancer I currently have him on. I know, I know, if it’s not broke then don’t fix it, but I am wondering if there’s something out there that could support him a bit better. Which leads me to my main question; does anyone here feed Bluebonnet and how do you like their products? Or has anyone here tried Bluebonnet and ultimately not liked their feed? If I was to switch, I would end up switching to their Limited Forage Companion to replace the Grass Advantage and their Natural Blend Performance to replace the ProElite Performance. TIA!
For some background, the horse in question lives out 24/7 and has free access to quality hay and forage. He gets fed his grain blend twice a day (roughly 12 hours apart) with supplements and alfalfa pellets and flakes in the evening with his feed.
