Anyone have a reliable form of contact for Samshield US? I have been trying to submit one of the helmet claim forms from a fall, but the email on the website keeps getting returned as undeliverable. I have tried to go threw Dover where the helmet was purchased and they were less than helpful. I called SmartPak and they were very helpful in trying to reach out but still nothing back from Samshield.

Did you ever have success? I recently purchased a samshield and it arrived damaged. I’ve called the shop, sent multiple emails, and tried Facebook messages. They’ve acknowledged I contacted them but have yet to provide a solution or any form of assistance.
