Contact Number for Ticket Complaints?

Does anyone have a contact number for ticket complaints? I e-mailed the ticket e-mail right when we got back from WEG and NO response!

We paid $1,500 for 2 dressage series tickets, having bought them years ago right when they were first offerred. What we were allocated when we got there was not the first row of the covered section (204), which I though was bad enough when I remember being shown the bottom section next to the ring when we bought the tickets but the very last row at the top of the covered arena. I am still steaming to have been “ripped” off, paying so much to get allocated “nose-bleed” seats.

I loved having the WEG in America, but if this is how they handle ticketing, I am never coming back and will stick to watching things in Europe or the Olympics! :mad:

You can complain but I’m not sure it will get you anywhere.
I bought “best available” seats when I bought my ticket. Apparently, what I consider “best available” and what Ticketmaster considers it are two VERY different things.

I would also like to know where to complain. We bought tickets off another spectator, so I’m not sure what recourse I would have, but I do feel strongly enough about the situation that I would at least complain and make a bit of a fuss. $170 tickets for the dressage freestyle, and my friend had to watch most of the event through a large railing. That is simply not acceptable.
