I have a high withered, shorter, backed horse. My saddle has a 29" skirt, (front to back). I need a 31-32" long pad. I want something with a stiffer felt with or without a blanket top with a total thickness of 3/4". I’d love any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Ditto the recommendation for 5 Star pads. They have a variety of shapes and sizes, and I think they will customize for you.

Round or square skirt? Professional’s Choice has a nice selection of square pads that I’ve used. Or perhaps something like this one:
