Needing help for a mare that is suffering from a high/low. Also constantly cracking from the 80 plus inches of rain that has dumped there this year. A quality farrier in that area is hard to find.
Jw perez worked under the best farrier in the area for years, goes to lsu to assist with their farrier work (clients) and is very good. I fired 4 or 5 farriers before finding him. He kept my old ottb barefoot for years after other farriers crippled him. He also keeps my current ottb barefoot and she is never sore after trims. He does shoe (not barefoot trimmer), i just haven’t needed him to show”e. I will pm you his #
I’m looking for farriers also, and someone in Baton Rouge reccomended Clay Curry.
I went with JW, very happy with the results…
