I’ve got a corrective half pad for my girl for Hunters that works like a charm. But it’s too short to fit under a western saddle. I need something that fills the space on her right side otherwise the saddle bridges, bad.
Thinline makes western saddle pads that you can shim. So does Diamond. I’m sure there are others.
There are also western saddle pads made with extra padding in the middle specifically for bridging. I know I’ve seen them in one of the catalogs I get, just not sure which one.
Mattes now makes western pads. I am pretty sure there’s one with shim pockets.

Good luck!
I"m pretty sure that Skito makes western pads and so does Saddleright.
Skito pads have available shims.
