Thinking of building a shedrow style barn structure to store hay, shavings, tractor etc. Any ideas on cost to have builder do the main supports and roof? We can construct walls and doors ourselves.

(They can do up to 48’ long but I’m not sure 12’ is deep enough for tractor storage. If it is, then this may work for you and you can construct the whole thing yourselves. Or maybe they can make it deeper if you ask.)
I got a quote last summer for a shedrow barn with just the roof on it. About 16x30. It came in at 5K from two different companies. This was in North GA. We ended up getting a metal building with just the roof and building stalls ourselves. Was half the cost of those quotes.

Whatever you build, decide how tall you want it in case you decide to park a horse trailer under it. A long shedrow equipment shed is a wonderful thing!
