Costco Horse Stuff...

Cars?? We are shopping. Does Canadian Costco have the same deal. We find that there is quite a difference between us and U.S.

I am pretty sure they don’t. At least I’ve never heard of it and I’ve been a member for quite a few years.

I DO think there’s a deal with Ford though where they will give you perhaps $1000. off a new car if you’re a member.

10 lb bag of organic carrots for $7.99 - that’s a horse item!

And their dog food IS Premium!! My dog love it! Google a site that grades dog food brands and it get a very good rating.

I wish my Costco had horse stuff :frowning: and we’re in a horsey area too!

I guess I will have to settle for the monster big bag of carrots

And if you feed corn oil, Costco’s prices are great.

I agree about the dog food. My greyhound has done very well on it.

I buy apples, carrots, granola bars, shampoo, conditioner, fly spray, family packs of KY Jelly, etc, for the horses at Costco Canada. Dog beds and dog food, too.

In Kauai, Hawaii, you can buy 16yo Lagavulin for $50 and 10yo Laphroig for less, apparently. (I’m pretty sure this information is of use to many horse people). Whereas in Canada the good, I can’t buy any booze at all at Costco.:frowning:

Wish we could buy barns there!

No way on the Voltaren… I’ve been paying $40 PER tube at Walmart pharmacy, which I foolishly assumed would have the best price! Wow. Guess I’m headed to Costco next time! :-/

gee it is like Sears in 1900 when you could buy a complete house and it was shipped by railcar

I was just thinking this, reading this thread. Excellent business model, if I have anything to say about it.

Are you a Costco member? I can see pricing…

Barn Pros are pretty expensive (in my opinion).

I think the better price on the Voltaren is at Costco Canada.

Even in Quebec? Most supermarkets carry wine, beer and booze there, so maybe Costco does? I was in a Costco in Montreal but did not pay attention …

I’m not a Costco member, you just have to click on the actual models (pop up window) and it will show you price. The two barns they show me are $30k+.

I get my dog food from Costco. My dog eats Taste of the Wild which at Tractor Supply knocks you out with price…but it is the same thing at Costco.

Costco online has a lot of stuff that the stores don’t have on hand. www.costco.com

Yesterday, I asked the pharmacist at Costco whether they carry Previcox. They do at $300+ for 100 pills (227mg). I get it cheaper from a local vet, but it’s there if you can’t find a better price.

I was on the Costco web site today…and I see that they now are selling Barn Pros barn kits. [/QUOTE]

I’m in Canada and when I put “barns” in the search on the Canadian site, this is all that came up  Nice, but not quite big enough for my guy. You guys get all the good stuff down there!
