Just putting this experience out there on the internet should someone be searching for some templates to use for releases/lessons/clinics. I had a set of forms from them dated 2000. Given that 23 years had passed, I pulled them up again and sure enough the website was current with a 2023 date. I sent $49.95 by Paypal (sadly, not by the business option - wasn’t thinking) and have gotten nothing back. Website assures instant download, but the actual order only showed a CD-ROM option. I just thought that was a website glitch.
So, my follow up after a month passed has been (1) contact through their website contact form; (2) email to their aol address, and a voicemail message. No response and now reached the two month date…
Not wasting any more effort on this but wanted the “review/experience” out there for others to find.
