Could I have some jingles for my boys?

My pony Oatie came in non weight bearing on his left hind last thursday. Had the vet out, blocked and x-rays done and treated for possible abscess. He improved over the weekend and was about back to himself (he’s old so himself varies a bit) until this morning when I went to feed, he is just about back to square one, now with some filling in the fetlock. The vet is coming to do more x-rays and an ultrasound. My old boy could really use a jingle.
Problem child # 2 is my mini Cappy, he had bone flap surgery 18 months ago for a sinus infection and then a tooth removed in March. Saturday he started with a snotty nose. He’s on SMZ’s and we are trying to sort that mess out. He could stand a few jingles, too.
And while I’m at it, DH is having a tooth pulled tomorrow. A jingle for him would be awesome!
Thank you!

Thanks quietann :slightly_smiling_face:. It’s a bit much all at once to sort out. I have more vets than friends at this point in my life. All good ones thankfully.

Oh my, that is a lot of stress at once.

For the record, the lameness can still be an abscess.
They do that sometimes. Get better because they are draining and then close up and get bad again before it fully drained.

Thank you all :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: for the jingles. Vet just left. Problem child #1 Oatie has fluid in his fetlock and tendon sheath according to US. X-rays were normal. She found an odd bruise just under his fetlock, right where you have to stand on your head to see it. So he’s being treated as if he tweaked something and prognosis is good.
Problem child #2 Cappy had an uneventful day with no snotty nose.
DH is hanging in there, no anxiety about tomorrow yet. He cooked tonight while I was busy with the vet which was wonderful.
