Uhh…really? Looks like a bay mixed mutt, maybe a mixed mustang type to me. No leg bars, no dun factor, where’s the prewswalskiness? I could be cynical, but would love opines on this one.

At least they know how to spell it and the horse looks to be in good health.
Przewalski horses are a separate subspecies of equine, they have never been domesticated, occasionally you will see one tamed and under saddle. They do not act like the horses we are used to and are known for being unpredictable and quick to attack.
The horse in the ad is just a normal horse with primitive style markings.
I would give anything for someone with a Washington DC area code to call these people. Say that you’re an agent with the US Fish Wildlife Service, and will be visiting the farm tomorrow to investigate reports of a Przewalski Horse for sale.
Do these morons know that trafficking of an endangered species is completely illegal? I bet you couldn’t count to five before they share the truth about this mutt’s breeding-- i.e. he’s out of the mutt mare and mutt stallion standing in that very field.

I was just going to say, they know that they need 10,000 different licenses and documents to own that “endangered” horse, correct?
Hahahahahaha so did they see a Przewalski horse online and say:
“Hey MOMA - would ya look at this! That horse looks just like little bubba we have in the pasture! He must be one of these super rare horses!”
And:
“He isn’t that old(he might not even be two yet) but he is very gentle. He is very broke”
So, we have a scrawny, little horse with a build that only a mother could love. “Fugly” is a good adjective - and we have full size adults, with full tack riding what might be a long yearling.
Lord have mercy on that horse - oh, and its a “he” I wonder if it still has its balls (might want to keep them to promote this rare and almost extinct breed!)
So a Przewalski Horse looks like a cross between a Fjord and a Mule… mostly dun colored with a lighter colored muzzle.
That one looks nothing like a Przewalski Horse. Not even the same body shape, build or weight class. Not the right color. All it shares is the face shape and height.

Likely. Not long ago I came across a CL ad for a Knabstrupper gelding. This ad also pointed out how rare a breed they are here in the US. I’m pretty sure he was just a fugly horse with limited training and lots of spots (and I am a generally a sucker for spots)
OMG. The incorrect grammar in that ad is enough to turn me off. Poor little horse.
I’m wondering if the seller didn’t get suckered into buying a Rare Przewalski Horse, and is now trying to sucker someone else?
Looks like a hinny to me!
My cousin had one that looked just like it, and they both bear a striking resemblance to this one:

Can you imagine the conversation? “Hey, we have a super rare horse! So rare that zoos collect them! Lets put a really BIG price tag on him! I say we go for it! $600!!!”
Sheilah
I will say that no matter what they are calling him, he’s clean, fat and happy looking so if he’s rideable he might be a good purchase for $600. Better than many I see listed on CL.

Ohhhh if I wouldn’t get in trouble… my work phone comes up on caller IDs as “US Government…” haha

I have to agree, but it is not really fair/moral to advertise your grade horse as something it is not.
I just flagged it. Lets see if CL can figure out why.

I do not think CL cares why. So many flags it gets deleted, period.
Awww, I think he’s cute. I mean, definitely not a Przewalski’s horse, but…the poor dear.
I’m dumbfounded!
