CREST FLIP

I was looking at this COTH chats the other day and found one with questions about the horses’ crest flipping. The writer did not know what that was. I looked for this video I have and am posting it here in hopes she finds it.

Are you talking about “tipping the mane” or “tipping the crest?” It is different from the shaking crest video you referenced.

I don’t think that video shows how to flip a horses mane at all.

I agree. It looks like a horse with a flabby crest at the trot. There is no change of flexion.
