Crimping Oats - when do they start to lose their nutritional value???

First of all, please do not turn this into a thread about not feeding oats… as I already know many people are against feeding oats

I am trying to find information (preferably some sort of study or testing if possible) as to the nutritional value of crimped oats and how long it takes them to deteriorate as they age after going through the crimping process.

Anyone have any light they could shed on this for me??
